a portion of the total dolls produced. Mattel apologizes for the mistake
in production and is working to rectify the situation. If you purchased
a Jacob doll with an upside down tattoo and wish to replace your doll with
an accurately represented tattoo, please call Mattel customer service at
1-800-524-8697 for more information or 1-800-491-7514 if you purchased
your doll directly from Barbie Collector.
